Refund and Return Policy

1. This Return and Exchange policy is only applicable to orders from https://www.aquaflows.my.
2. Return/Exchange of Products can be arranged for the following reasons:
   • If any product has been delivered in a damaged or defective condition due to manufacturing defects; or
   • If the product is out of date or expired; or
   • If the wrong product, which is different from the order, is delivered.
   
   
   • Products eligible for return or exchange must be unopened, unused with no additional damage and in their original packaging.
   • Provide detailed information, and to expedite the process, attach pictures and videos to support your claim.
   • We will assess the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.
   • Exchange and return are not allowed for change of mind.

1. Contact Us:
   • To initiate a Return/Exchange, please contact our customer service team at +6011-5405 5987 (Mon-Fri: 10 am - 6 pm, excluding public holidays) within 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
   • Clearly state the reason for the return/exchange and provide your FULL ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and ORDER NUMBER.
   • We will not entertain any claims brought to our attention after the expiry of 7 days from the date of receiving your parcel.
2. Returning the Item:
   • If your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
   • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging.
   • Ship the item to the provided address
   • We can only waive the shipping charges if the return is due to our oversight.
3. Inspection and Processing
   • The return of a product does not automatically guarantee a return/ exchange, REGIS COMMERCE SDN BHD will inspect returned products upon receiving them to ensure they meet the conditions for a return/ exchange.
   • If approved, the exchange will be processed within 7-14 working days of receiving the returned item.

1. Refunds are only applicable for:
   • Duplicate payments.
   • Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.
   • Payments made incorrectly (e.g., wrong amount transferred).
   • Damaged or defective products (must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item).
2. Refunds are NOT applicable for:
   • Change of mind after purchase.
   • Incorrect orders placed by customers.
   • Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.

1. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days.
2. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the original payment method.
3. Customers must provide accurate bank details for the refund process.
